Fuji Single Blended Japanese Whisky represents the embodiment of Fuji Gotemba's unwavering commitment to crafting exceptional spirits. This Single Blended expression seamlessly merges malt and three distinct types of grain whisky, all originating from the Fuji Gotemba site. Under the expertise of Master Blender Jota Tanaka, a meticulous combination of corn, rye, and malted barley undergoes distillation across doubler, column, kettle, and pot stills, resulting in flavour profiles reminiscent of Scotch, American, and Canadian whiskies. 

What sets Fuji apart is that the entire production process, from mashing to bottling, takes place within the confines of Fuji's own distillery.
This groundbreaking whisky defines its category, undergoing aging in 100% American White Oak for a duration spanning 7 to 16 years. With a 43% ABV, this classic Japanese-style whisky showcases delicate fruit notes leading to a rich and silky finish, epitomizing the finesse and excellence synonymous with Fuji Gotemba's craft.
