Produced in the renowned Arandas region of Jalisco, Mexico, Ocho Blanco is crafted exclusively from 100% blue agave, harvested at peak maturity. The heart of the agave, or piña, is slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, extracting the purest flavours. The resulting juice is naturally fermented and double-distilled in copper pot stills, embodying the artisanal techniques cherished in tequila production.

Ocho is a representation of the unadulterated agave spirit. Its crystal-clear appearance invites exploration of a crisp and vibrant flavour profile, with notes of citrus, herbal undertones, and a subtle peppery finish. The absence of aging allows the agave's natural characteristics to take centre stage, offering a genuine and authentic tequila experience.

Ocho came from the eighth sample created by Carlos for Tomas. The agaves ripen for eight years and it takes eight kg of agave to make a litre of Ocho tequila. Production of Ocho blanco takes eight days. Carlos has eight brothers and sisters and the family is in their eighth decade of producing tequila Ocho reposado is rested for 8 weeks and 8 days.
